1. Product introduction

The main components of DJD series mechanical diaphragm metering pump (GB diaphragm metering pump) are made of precision casting and CNC machining. According to the design of liquid end structure, the pump shall not leak during operation. The driving parts are made of solid materials and durable. The overcurrent components are made of PVC/PTFE/304/316 and other materials.

DJD series mechanical diaphragm metering pump (GB diaphragm metering pump) is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, mining, shipbuilding, light industry, power, printing and dyeing, environmental protection, water treatment, food and beverage industry, military industry, etc

(1) Safe operation, mechanically driven diaphragm.

(2) Good sealing, no leakage, simple and safe assembly and maintenance.

(3) It can transport high viscosity medium, corrosive liquid and dangerous chemicals.

(4) Flow regulation can adjust stroke length or motor frequency.

(5) The diaphragm is made of multi-layer composite structure. The first layer is super tough Teflon acid resistant film, the second layer is EPDM elastic rubber, the third layer is 3.0mm stainless steel 304 supporting iron core, the fourth layer is reinforced nylon fiber, and the fifth layer is completely covered with EPDM elastic rubber, which can effectively raise the service life of the diaphragm.
